Robert Burns night is January 25th. He was a Scottish Poet best known for writing Auld Lang Syne. You need Haggis, mashed Neeps (turnips or rutabagas) and Tatties(mashed potatoes).

Since the Haggis will be a bit hard to come by, I recommend the firm run by a Scotsman in Greensboro, NC.

"Robbie Bairns," as they call him throughout the land of the thistle, is a legend worthy of eating that horriffic concoction. And as a former piper (nonpracticing piper?), I say bring on the pipes and drums!
