I feel if we can bring the team that played the three wins in the SEC, we will win the regional.
We should win the regional but shoulda woula coulda, that's why you play the game!
I wouldn't be surprised if we win the regional, on the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if we went 0 - 2.
I am not sure if anything could surprise us with this team anymore. Maybe Kingston will change the lineup again.
I think Kingston learned some from Lamont's success with finding the right personnel groupings to a certain point during a game.
Nothing wrong with trying something different this year and some would say it actually worked because we made it to an NCAAT Regional.
Of course, the expectation has long been to host a Regional as well as play in one, but we didn't get there this year.
I don't you can sleep on any mid-major program these days because of the portal. Hopefully we see some great Gamecock baseball this weekend and survive and advance.
