I’ve got a friend who lives here, but is from that area, and he is very concerned. He said this is going to make Katrina look like a picnic.

Made landfall as Cat 4 with 150mph winds. Just a hair under Cat 5.  that is insane.

Yep, flooding reached all the way to Glens Falls, near Lake George, which is where my mom's family is from.  Beautiful country.
