3 star Fullback [COLOR= rgb(0, 0, 255)]Joe Blue [/COLOR]6'0" 235lbs (Dillon, S.C.) passed the NCAA Clearinghouse but was denied admissions by South Carolina's Board of Trustees.
Blue, a member of South Carolina's 2014 class, will enroll at the Georgia Prep Academy, according to Dillon coach Jackie Hayes.
Hayes said South Carolina State and Coastal Carolina had offered after Blue lost his appeal last week.
