Junior RB Wadzaire Blanc (5-8 169) is a 4.4 speedster from Lake Nona, FL who rushed for 1000 yards and 19 touchdowns last season. USC got a look at his highlight tape and Blanc says the Gamecocks offered him last year. “At this time, they are my number one, top of my list,” Blanc said. “I’m just waiting to see how my season goes. I think I’m going to commit to South Carolina but I’m going to wait and see. Most likely, I will do that.” Blanc said if he makes a commitment, it wouldn’t happen before the end of this year of the beginning of his senior season. He said he knows Indiana State and Florida International also have offered him and he’s not sure about others because “my coach isn’t telling me a whole lot because he wants me to concentrate on the season.”
