It seems like I ought to be able to bet on our team to win 2 out of every 3 games it plays, but we are really starting to suck. How could we lose a series to Florida at home in front of a packed house? I'm not a giant baseball fan, but I thought it was the one sport we could really depend on. What do you real baseball fans think?

Just What The Hell Is Going On With Our Baseball Program?

I'm a getting a little sore over the whole turn of events surrounding Ray Tanner stepping out of the Coaching box and into the AD role where he's shown some classic signs of clay feet by trying to throw our Basketball Coach under the bus over nothing.That was a rookie mistake - very King Dixonish! Now the crown jewel of our Athletics Dept is turning into a derailed downbound runaway train. Am I the only one who thinks Ray was a lot better at running a baseball team than an Athletics Dept? He's a great guy, no doubt, but nobody gets a free pass in this business where there is so much at stake - specifically my Gamecock Fanatics money which I foolishly bet on our hapless baseball team! Yes, this is all about me and my money!
Very disappointing in the hole thing. Injury bug has hit us hard. Just seem like the team is not playing with that desirer it had at the beginning of the season.
