Going into this weekend, I felt this was a series we had to have. We have been on quite a roll lately, winning a lot of games, but this was going to be our toughest SEC test since the Kentucky and Florida series, and it was on the road in a tough environment. I gotta admit, I had my doubts about how we would handle it. Well, it wasn't always pretty, but we won the series and that's exactly what we needed. Tanner's teams over the last few years seemed to have taken on a grind it out approach. We may not always play great ball, but somehow, someway, when all is said and done you look up at the scoreboard and it's another W. Gotta give so much credit to Tanner, the staff, and players on a job well done.
