Yeah it's refreshing to see us score instead of the Frank Martin root canal offense. The team didn't show any signs of panic when VT took the lead at about the 3 minute mark. Very solid effort. Very encouraging.

Counting the wins over the Lithuanian and Argentinian teams at Atlantis, this is this team's fifth consecutive win so far.

That's very good in anyone's book.

It was kind of weird watching the start of the game and only recognizing Meechie on the court (I at least recognized Mack from the game against Wofford a couple of years ago. Very solid win for the Gamecocks.

I am glad he got his 100th win but I think we may see a lot more. Here's why:
Dawn's first season - 10-18 Lamont's first season - 10-20
Dawn's second season - 14-15 Lamont's second season - 3-0 to start
Am I saying Lamont can do what Dawn has? NO
But with him getting 5 stars to come visit and commit, he could actually follow in her footsteps some.
Dawn made the NIT her third year. I am hoping Lamont can make that this year.
