LB Jonathan Walton sets official visit date with USC

3 star LB Jonathan Walton 6'1" 228lbs of Mobile, AL met with USC linebackers coach Kirk Botkin Friday and set his official visit to USC for January 18th. “I think the meeting went well,” Walton said. “I get along well with coach Botkin.” Auburn also visited with Walton today. He has been committed to Penn State and, for now, is holding to that. “I feel like I'm pretty solid but I'm still looking for the best fit for me, the best home,” Walton said. “I feel like Penn State is but I've never been to Columbia and won't know if it is until I visit.” Walton has taken official visits to Penn State and Minnesota and is not sure if he'll take others. He's waiting to see what other offers come in before deciding on other visits.
