Could be a pretty seismic shift in the SEC with her arrival.  If she does ANYTHING close to what she did at Baylor, that's a program to watch out for... and immediately so. She's proven she can recruit with the best of them.  She's proven she can coach with the best of them.  That spells SEC rivalry in my book.

Mulkey takes over for Nikki Fargas, who stepped down on Saturday after 10 seasons at LSU. According to a statement, Fargas was leaving to pursue another opportunity. While LSU did not disclose where Fargas was headed next, she has been in negotiations to take over as team president of the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces, people familiar with those discussions have told The Associated Press.

Fargas will probably be with the Aces, where A'ja is.

Mulkey will be good for the SEC and the SECN because the regular season games will be more competitive.  She is also a Louisiana native.

I think we will see more parity coming to WBB, but it will start at the top with the premier leagues and teams first.
