Mike Tyson airplane brawl

Don't hackle at a man with a tattoo on his face and twice your size and an HW championship boxer at that. not too smart man.

Well, Jude finds the preak for starting the mess, so far no fines for Mike....

Mike should have let it go, but the look on the d/a's face after he got popped was priceless.

That kid's behavior was not what you expect on an airline flight, either. Cryin' babies and the occasional crop duster are closer to the norm.

Don't get in a man's space like that, either, unless you want to own what happens next.

Both were wrong in that situation.

Mike Tyson could have caused a major medical emergency on that flight.

The unnamed young man should have let Mike Tyson fly in peace.

Luckily for Mike Tyson, this event was caught on camera. Otherwise it may have been difficult for Mike Tyson to make a case (in the court of public opinion) that he was being harrassed by the little man.

I think the best outcome in this situation is that we rule this off setting penalties and don't waste court time on this nor ban any of these people from flying.

They need to make a fight out of this and let Tyson finish mopping the floor with this punk.

Dude was clearly hoping for Tyson to hit him so he could try to sue. I hope he gets nothing out of this. Tyson should know better at this point and should have made the airlines take some action against the punk instead.

I remember meeting Muhammed Ali during a layover in Cincinnati some years ago.

This was after his Parkinson's diagnosis. He was silent but didn't tremble and one of his assistants gave me an autographed Muslim religious tract that I still have to this day in my filing cabinet at the house.

People knew he was there, but were silently in awe of being in the same room with him at the same time. The man was quite literally as big as a tree, even sitting down.

I also remember us driving down to Pawley's Island down Hwy 17 during the 1970s when I was young and thinking we saw Joe Frazier running training miles. We had heard he trained down there but didn't know for sure.

That kid's behavior seems to show the negative influence social media has had on our culture in recent years. People think they can say anything they want to or about someone they don't know.

I'm just an Internet half-wit with a keyboard, but I think the kid's behavior constitutes assault. The airline's failure to intercede on MT's behalf also allowed things to escalate.

Punk kid deserved every bit of the pounding he got. Though MT should have restrained himself and asked to be reseated.

When stuck on a long flight, you must take down the biggest passenger to assert dominance.
