New NCAA rules governing recruiting

The NCAA governing body recently passed rules which drastically change the way coaches can recruit. Among other things, the rules now allow unlimited texting, phone calls, etc.. They now allow a non-coach to serve as recruiting coordinator. They also deregulate camps. In other words, the new rules place an even higher premium on long hours and money.
