Recruiting Notes For 1.12.17: Caleb Kinlaw update; USC commit Zay Brown taking another visit; USC offers two major ’18 prospects
Junior College RB Caleb Kinlaw, who is planning to walk-on at USC this semester, said Wednesday he expects to be at USC Friday. He’s supposed to hear from the school Thursday about being accepted into school.
USC commitment DB Zay Brown told SECCountry he will visit Arkansas State January 21 and USC the last weekend of January.
USC Wednesday offered 2018 DB Tre’ Douglas of McDonough, GA and 2018 QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson of Las Vegas. Both have long lists of offers at this point. Some of the other offers for Douglas include Clemson, Kentucky, Florida, Georgia Tech, Stanford, Maryland, North Carolina, Mississippi State, Notre Dame and Ole Miss.
Thompson-Robinson’s other offers include Michigan, Oregon, UCLA, Boise State, Louisville, Miami, LSU and Florida. Thompson-Robinson was the backup quarterback this season behind Ohio State bound Tate Martell and mostly played receive
