Recruiting Notes For January 26th: Rhodes is done; Gray taking final visit; Adams finds new school; Smith to visit USC Saturday; USC offers in-state receiver

USC OL commitment Jordan Rhodes of Fairburn, GA said he has cancelled his visit this weekend to Missouri and shut down his recruiting.  He said he’s 100% set with the Gamecocks.

OL Tony Gray of Loganville, GA will take his visit to Ole Miss this weekend.  He also has visited USC and Florida.

Dutch Fork WR Bobby Irby committed to Newberry.

DB Latheron Rogers-Anderson of Ridge View was offered by Western Kentucky.

Former Blythewood 2018 ATH Jordyn Adams has started school at Green Hope High School in Cary, NC.  His father, former USC defensive line coach Deke Adams, just returned to coach at North Carolina after serving at East Carolina.

2018 Gaffney WR Dennis Smith recently added an offer from East Carolina to earlier ones from USC and Old Dominion.  He plans to visit USC this Saturday.  “I gotta give it to them,  they are consistent.   I hear from them a lot They are really on me.”   Smith said he’s not heard recently from Clemson.

USC Wednesday offered 2018 WR Darius Rush of CE Murray.

USC coach Will Muschamp stopped by Conway High School this week to check in on 2018 OL Gunner Britton and DL Raiqwon O’Neal.  Britton said he’s considering junior day visits to USC, Clemson and Wake Forest.
