One of the Tennis greats will hang up his racket. I remember when he first hit the scene he was winning just about everything. Amazing tennis player and always a good attitude and sportsmanship.

Yep, he's been plagued with injuries the last 3-4 years. Always at his best at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. We're about 3 years away from a complete changing of the guard for men's tennis as Nadal and Joker wind up their careers.

I was big into tennis as a younger guy, but I rarely watched a match on TV.

As I got older, I just never had the time to play in an organized league because of work.

Tennis and softball were my favorite sports to participate in when I was in my 30s and 40s.

I am largely ignorant of Federer's career, but his comeback a few years ago was fun to watch.

Best of luck to him, but maybe he will be like Tom Brady, eh? LOL
