Agreed. I supported the Muschamp hire but only because I thought he had learned valuable lessons from his first head coaching gig - and my belief that he was strong on the defensive side of the football. I also believed that UF pulled the plug early and unfairly, because of the large number of injuries in Muschamp;s last season.

But Muschamp did not learn anything from UF - except to double down on his flaws. He turned out not to be a defensive genius - once he did not have a team full of potential NFL players.

I wanted Herman too and believe that he would have done more with the Offense, But he would have failed also - If he cannot make it with Texas' talent.

I wanted Chadwell but see a lot of positives with Beamed - I will support him like I supported Muschamp,until he proved incapable.

I am behind Beamer, Just worried about Bobo and team chemistry with Bobo. Little Leary but have hope. On HC very very rare they change. Orgeron did at LSU and won a Natty. Dabo just make great hires and let them coach while he was just the face plate. Muschamp just was not going to here.

Yeah but Texas ready for him to go if he cannot get it into gear. Also he reached out about the here month ago. If you cannot win at Florida, Bama, Clemson Georgia and Texas sure not going to win here.

Respectfully I would say “win” is a sliding scale by institution and that winning here isn’t nearly as tough as “winning “ - or what their fan base and leadership consider winning - at traditional powers like those who expect to be in the national title hunt.
