Those are legal issues, getting rid of this slows down the wild wild west by giving back some leverage to coaches that can use the you will/could be left out... I think the transfer rule is next...

Exactly really this is a non issue. Address the nil and portal. Where did he get this idea DA. Somebody need to call him out for not addressing the REAL issues
