OL [COLOR= rgb(178, 34, 34)]Shane Lemieux[/COLOR] 6'6" 295lbs of Yakima, WA committed, as he puts it unofficially, to USC in late March and plans to make that pledge official when he visits again this summer with his mother. That being said, Lemieux is staying busy checking out other interested parties.
He went to Boise State three weeks ago and to Washington State two weeks back. And this weekend he plans to visit Oregon for the Ducks’ spring game.
And on top of that, Lemieux picked up an offer from Michigan Thursday. Still, nothing has changed him from his intent to join the Gamecocks at this point.
“South Carolina is still at the top. I talk to coach Elliot almost every other day and he is coming down to Yakima here soon.”
Lemieux also has offers from Arkansas, Miami, Utah, East Carolina, Arizona State and Cal along with the schools he’s visiting.
His father lives in Lancaster and was with him on his visit to USC earlier this spring and he wants to bring his mother out this summer so she can sign off on his commitment.
