This seems like a big deal to me. I’m sure others will follow suit, but for now, I think this puts us at the forefront of recruits consideration.

Does Tanner get some credit here? I have been hammering him for a lot of things, but have to give him credit for this under his watch if it works out like it could

My recommendations based on recent performance:

1) Pay them $6.50/hr. I believe they're limited to 20 hours/week practice.
2) Then 8 hours/day for Saturday games and Sunday recovery massage therapy.

I think my plan is both affordable and fair.
