South Carolina's new football helmets

The matte black helmets are finally going to happen.

A photo released on TheBigSpur.com on Thursday morning revealed the three helmets that South Carolina will have available to use this season. The white helmet has been standard while the garnet ones made their debut at the end of the 2015 season under interim head coach Shawn Elliott. New head coach Will Muschamp, however, wanted the matte black, and he got it.
