Wednesday not only will be National Signing Day for the 2015 recruits, it’s going to be announcement day for Spartanburg High standout junior RB Tavien Feaster. Feaster, who attended Clemson’s junior day Saturday, told Ryan Bartow of 247Sports he will announce his college commitment Wednesday at 6:00 PM at his school.

Feaster has not said anything publicly about a favorite but it’s widely believed he will announced for Clemson. The Tigers first offered him in 2013 and have remained at the forefront of his recruiting. Clemson coach Dabo Swinney met with Scott earlier in the week at his school while co-offensive coordinators Jeff Scott and Tony Elliott saw him the week before.

‘I’ve been to Clemson a whole bunch of times and it was the same old, same old stuff,” Feaster said Saturday night about his visit earlier in the day with his parents. “They are all love and they care for me. I’ve seen everything.”

Feaster also had some private time with Swinney Saturday.

“He was telling me he’s building a dynasty,” Feaster said. “From what I see, they are getting highly recruited guys. They’ve got a wonderful quarterback, a big 2015 offensive line, great receivers already there and great receivers coming in. He’s put together a pretty good bunch.”

Feaster is coming off a season in which he helped lead the Vikings to a state championship. He rushed for 1153 yards and 13 touchdowns and caught 45 passes for 1016 yards and 11 touchdowns.
