First of all, FM is not going to be able to bring in highly rated guys on such short notice. There are only a handful remaining this late in the process.
That said, I like who he reeled in.
Chatkevicius was signed by KSU early, so obviously KM saw something in him. In one article, FM mentioned his physical nature. I look for him to improve sa lot after a couple of years.
Kacinas had decent offers and apparently is a good shooter.
Philip was known as a good ball handler and tough defender when he played in Brooklyn. In Charlotte, he also scored well. He has good size for a PG.
Hall was mentioned in one NYC paper as being the top senior in NYC. He is a definite slasher.
No one will mistake this class with UK's, but I believe it is a start in the right direction.
