Tindall back to USC Saturday; Mukuamu set with Seminoles
October 25, 2017
LB Channing Tindall of Spring Valley will take an unofficial visit to USC Saturday for the Vanderbilt game. He also saw the Gamecocks play NC State in Charlotte and Kentucky at home. The Shrine Bowl selection was caught up last week preparing for his team’s big game against Dutch Fork and didn’t have much contact with the Gamecocks. “I’ll interact with them more Saturday,” he said. Tindall said he’s now only planning official visits to USC, Georgia and Florida. No dates have been set and he doesn’t have a timeline on a decision. “Every time I think about it, something keeps on pushing me back.”
DB Israel Mukuamu of Bossier City, LA reaffirmed his commitment to Florida State after taking his official visit last weekend but said he probably will take a final official visit to either Louisville, Purdue or Baylor. He also has visited USC, Georgia and Indiana. He was contacted by USC coach Will Muschamp Tuesday night and he’s also hearing from Georgia. “I’m going to pretty much stick with Florida State but still anything can happen. I’m not going to close all doors but pretty much I’m going to stick with Florida State.” Mukuamu called the commitment 100%. He will be signing at his school December 22nd.
