Gamecocks are in the top six with ATH Kam Mikell of Statesboro, GA. He made an official visit in the summer with the Gamecocks and was in for the Mississippi State game this past Saturday. Mikell has indicated a desire to play receiver in college and the Gamecocks are targeting him for that right now, though he can also play in the secondary. The others on his short list are Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, Miami, and Texas A&M. He was at Colorado for a game two weeks ago.
