Gamecocks won’t get to see 5-star DE on Friday

With heavy rainfall in the forecast all across the state of South Carolina, several high school football games have been moved to Thursday or Saturday.
That includes Wilson’s matchup at Conway.
The game features 5-star DE Xavier Thomas, who tweeted on Tuesday that coaches from South Carolina would be in attendance.
Since the Gamecocks open the 2016 season on the road at Vanderbilt on Thursday night, Will Muschamp & Co. will have to wait at least another week to see the No. 2 overall prospect in the class of 2018
