All signs are  pointing  to South Carolina  as of hiring North Carolina defensive line coach Deke Adams to replace Brad Lawing. Could be finalized as soon as Tuesday.

Adams has spent the last three years working for Larry Fedora in Chapel Hill and at Southern Miss. He has a reputation as one of the best recruiters on the Tar Heel staff and also as a good position coach.

Good to add another quality recruiter, and he has some extensive experience at the FBS level. May be a drop-off in talent development, but then

again perhaps not. Glad to see we got a replacement so quickly so we can move on towards NSD....
