*** USC (1-2) vs. #15/14 Auburn (2-1) Game Thread ***

Coach needs to get a handle on all of the out of control trash talking every game, especially from Shi.  It's going to cost us a penalty at some crucial point and or someone getting tossed.  We were fortunate yesterday that we didn't get a penalty when one of our guys intentionally bumped into Nix after the play was over.

I think teams recognize that Shi is an emotional guy and they will try to exploit it.  Sherwood and Monday started in on him form the first snap.   Not sure if they were trying to get him off his game or provoke him into a penalty, but you are right he needs to learn to control and channel that.  

 
This win at least lets our guys know we can play against decent teams and win. Lets see how it carries over into Saturday against LSU.
