OL Paris Palmer of Lackawanna JC, PA committed to USC in March over offers from Penn State, Ohio State, East Carolina, Arizona State, South Florida, Miami and Baylor. Palmer remains firmly committed to the Gamecocks.

USC offensive line coach Shawn Elliott is to visit with Palmer Monday. Palmer is a native of Plymouth, NC and he has family living in Columbia
