3 star WR Tyshun Samuel 5'11" 183lbs of Chapman is set to announce his college decision Thursday afternoon at 4:30 PM and all indicators point towards USC as his choice. Samuel picked up an offer late last month shortly after receiving a qualifying test score. He visited USC for the Vanderbilt and Coastal Carolina games and was visited earlier this week by Gamecock recruiters Shawn Elliott and Steve Spurrier Jr. Samuel is a Shrine Bowl selection who was one of the state's most exciting players this season with 61 catches for 1184 yards and 30 total touchdowns. He had 52 catches with 20 touchdowns as a junior. Samuel would become the 15th commitment and the third receiver commitment for USC's 2014 class.
