I know covid has played havoc with the team, but, I've lost interest, already... Sigh!
I agree and I also think the NCAA may waive the record requirement to allow a full tournament of 64 teams this year.There is time to recover. If, and that is a big word here, we get Frink and McCreary back and they can do some of the scoring, that will take some of the pressure off the guards, who right now are not able to carry the team. We have to defend better in the paint and keep opponents off the FT line. And we have to rebound the opponent's missed shots. I'd rather give up open threes than layups. It isn't time to give up. Lots of games left to play.
IDK if you watched or not (so I'll presuppose that the answer is no), but BOTH teams were playing street ball with absolutely ZERO defense.109 points allowed?
I mean what in the actual hell happened there?!?!?
For a guy who emphasizes defense, this is beyond embarrassing.
