USC, Southern Cal two of the favorites with Florida ATH

ATH Evan Hinson 6'5" 210lbs of Deltona, FL will get a look at the USCs of the East and the West over the next two weekends. Hison is visiting USC this weekend and next weekend he’s scheduled to see Southern Cal. Hinson said the Gamecocks are recruiting him as a tight end.
The Gamecocks just recently offered him and he wants to use this weekend to get to know the coaches and the program better.
“I’m just expecting to find a relationship with the coaches because they just offered me,” Hinson said before arriving in Columbia. “I don’t really know much about South Carolina. I’m not really from the Carolinas so I can’t tell you a lot. I’m from Florida. They are an SEC school, I know that, and they are competitive in the conference, and that’s like the strongest football conference in college football.”
Hinson also is a good basketball player but his focus is on football for college.
Hinson said he’s still looking at a possible visit for the last weekend of the month and is looking at Tennessee, Florida and UCF for that trip.
