USC to visit with 3 star OL Jerry Drake Jr. this week

OL Jerry Drake Jr. 6-7 300lbs of Palm Beach Gardens, FL has met this week with coaches from Michigan State and Pitt and Thursday USC head coach Will Muschamp and offensive line coach Shawn Elliott are to meet with him in-home.
Drake has taken official visits to USC and Tennessee and is going to Oklahoma this weekend. He’s not sure about a final official visit for December 10th. That will be his final available weekend because he’s graduating early.
Drake said the message he continues to receive from USC is direct and to the point.
“They have a need for linemen and I can really help out their program,” he said. “I have followed them. Their offensive line does need some help. They could give the quarterbacks more time.” Drake is being recruited as a tackle.
He said he will make his decision once he’s completed all of his visits which means within the next couple of weeks. He said there is no favorite.
