Where things stand with Cam Smith’s enrollment plans at South Carolina

South Carolina signee CB Cam Smith still plans to enroll in school early and is just waiting on the go-ahead from the NCAA.
Smith said the hold up for him was his SAT score improved quite a bit from his first test to the second, so he had to get the second score validated and sent in to the NCAA. That has been done and he expects to hear back from the NCAA later this week or next.
He will enroll at that point.
Smith is one of the top members of South Carolina’s 2019 class. The tall corner out of Westwood High School came on late and impressed at the All-American Bowl practices.
