you can say we should stay out of it and be critical of zelenskyy as much as you want but they arent remotely the same. our strategy seems to be put more pressure on ukraine than on russia to end the war. the problem with that is how does that lead to lasting peace. the ball has always been in their court but we'll see what russia does next and if they make any concessions whatsoever.

I will agree to disagree. They are both corrupt leaders at the end of the day. Zelensky is not the hero that he has been made out to be. Time will show.
So if Chapins Mayor decided to annex Irmo and they started fighting over it, killing each other... would you care what mayor started it? Would you look down on folks from Chapin for fighting with thier Mayor, brothers, fathers and if the Columbia Mayor negotiated a peace agreement with the Chapin Mayor but the Irmo Mayor backed out would you care who started it? Would you be pissed they were fighting over borders?

Putin voiced concerns about Ukraine just merely reloading during a temporary cease-fire.
That's not the same as beating Ukraine in two weeks as he said at the start of the war. Putin's out of card's, too.
There may be a temporary peace that evaporates when the weather improves, but I think both sides will try to achieve victory one last time this summer.

NATO and America have infringed on Russia at a minimum in the eyes of Russians, and Ukraine has been used by NATO and America to assist at a minimum in the eyes of Russians and pose a threat to thier country, way of life, as would be the case if Irmo and Chapin were to go to war.
These folks have lived next to each other for much longer than Irmo and Chapin and are much more alike than different! This is bigger than Putin and Zelensky, Putin and Trump, NATO and Russia...what is it?
