I was really surprised after the Ole Miss game, I truly thought that we were heading for another 4-5 win season. We looked pretty bad.I'm just as surprised as you. I didn't think we had the talent.
I don't know what happened to turn things around but damn, turn around it did.
We've outscored our last 3 opponents (2 of which were ranked), 107 - 36 and in the last 6 quarters of football the defense has only given up 7 points.

I haven't watched closely, but something tells me we have pretty good OL & DL. We are playing solid for 4 qtrs & seem to get stronger in the 2nd half.
And Sellers has clearly matured. Loggains should be given credit for this.
As far as Shane, he's now looking like one of the hottest coaches in CFB compared to people like Napier & Freeze. Even Riley at SoCal is struggling.
He's earning his keep!

I was glad to see all the improvements this whole team has been making. Our receivers have been a little slow getting there but Simon is a great TE. Harbor finally showing out a little. 3 receptions for 43 yards and 19 YAC. And Jared Brown getting that 51 yarder.
I feel Sellers is getting better. That fumble was sad, but he did not let it affect his game.
Enjoy where this team is at and really think they will keep getting better.

LaNorris gets timid when he fumbles in the first half, but always pulls it together in the second half.
He had the ball tucked, it was a good play by the defense. Will make him more ball conscious in traffic in the long run, I thought he got caught carrying it like a loaf a bread, being careless but that was not the case... You can see he learned from those mistakes early and I think he will learn from that one, he threw a couple nice passes with touch and arch yesterday over defenders after having one batted down and almost picked off because he threw the wrong type of pass and learned from it mid game... Him and Loggains are learning to probe defenses and take what they give, take advantage of, set up situations like I haven't seen since Shaw and Spurrier....
