*** USC (0-0/0-0) vs. #15 Tennessee (0-0/0-0) Game Thread ***

Gamecocks respond with a solid drive down the field, that actually was on the backs of our run game of Harris and Fenwick, before getting stalled out at the UTjr. 18-yd line. Parker White comes in for the 35-yd FG - it's good!! The game is tied up again 24-24, with 10:48 left in the game. Gamecock defense needs to step up again here....

WOW.....

A quick, 4-play drive by the Vols, and they jump back on top 31-24. We tried to blitz, but our secondary thought they didn't need to play, and there were open WRs all over the field. Only good thing there was, there wasn't much game clock used up then, so we have plenty of time to respond, but man that was tooo easy.....

Time for the team to mirror their head coach's identity, and wilt and whimper away at the end of the game. OL taking the possesion off, Hill not able to get good looks at the receivers, punter flubs a dead duck short punt. And so it begins......

Hill's was tight in the first half like he was against ARK last year in the game he got hurt, but he got loose soon enough.

His two QB sneaks were more than we have had the last four years altogether it seemed.  Look at the momentum it created.

You could tell Shi was trying to overplay and make up for the pick 6.  He was going too far with it until Will took him out and calmed him down.

Me and my BIL kept wondering why it took so long for Bobo to start calling deep balls for Hill.

As bad as the pick 6 was, to me it was far worse that UT could score at will against us because our defensive secondary is consistently awful.

Cam Smith tripped, but he was already beat enough before it happened.

A pathetic defense from an HC known as a stellar DC.
