Gamecock TB Derek Watson rushed for 1,066 yards and 12 TDs (72 points) during the 2000 season which saw USC end it's overall 11-game losing streak by beating New Mexico State 31-0 in Game 1. USC beat Georgia the following week to end it's SEC losing streak as well. Fans tore the goalposts down for both games.
