Plus from what I understand Auburn is now on the hook for paying us some money on Bobo's contract. Maybe Friend as well. Health Kline stated today on his radio show that the cost for Auburn firing their coach is now around 30 million. Crazy. So do I. For sure he has tons of support and connections. If Mike is gone, that clears some $$ to find a decent OC since Mike's pay was up there.
How the hell do they have that kind of liquidity? Nuts.Plus from what I understand Auburn is now on the hook for paying us some money on Bobo's contract. Maybe Friend as well. Health Kline stated today on his radio show that the cost for Auburn firing their coach is now around 30 million. Crazy.
Because Alabama was along the path of the westward migration of Taters during the early days of this country. How the hell do they have that kind of liquidity? Nuts.

https://deathvalleyvoice.com/2021/01/06/lsu-football-tigers-coaching-staff-2021-already-improvement/LSU football’s 2021 coaching staff is going to be great.
LSU football officially replaced offensive coordinator Steve Ensminger and passing game coordinator Scott Linehan on Wednesday.
The Tigers hired Carolina Panthers quarterbacks coach Jake Peetz to serve as their offensive coordinator and Panthers analyst DJ Mangas to serve as passing game coordinator.
Mangas was previously at LSU in 2019 with Joe Brady.
https://deathvalleyvoice.com/2021/01/06/lsu-football-going-head-head-notre-dame-assistant-coach/LSU football is going head to head with Notre Dame for a highly coveted assistant coach.
LSU football has made Cincinnati Bearcats defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman their top target to replace Bo Pelini in Baton Rouge.
But the Tigers have competition for Freeman.
Freeman, who is set to interview with LSU on Thursday, has interviewed twice this week with the Irish (via Zoom and in person, according to 247Sports).
Early in the process, it appeared that Freeman was going to pass on defensive coordinator jobs and instead remain at Cincinnati while he waited on a head coaching gig.
It seems inevitable now, however, that Freeman will land at either LSU or Notre Dame.
https://www.onlygators.com/01/07/2021/reports-florida-to-hire-wesley-mcgriff-as-charlie-strong-chris-ash-among-names-up-for-assistant-job/Despite reports that the Florida Gators would be heading in a more familiar direction to improve their staff, it appears as if they will instead be hiring Wesley McGriff to one of two open assistant roles on head coach Dan Mullen’s staff. Football Scoop reports that Florida is near an agreement to add the veteran coach.
McGriff, 52, has coached at Auburn over three of the last five seasons. He was co-defensive coordinator and secondary coach in 2016, departed to become defensive coordinator at Ole Miss from 2017-18, and then returned as secondary coach from 2019-20. He also has NFL experience, coaching defensive backs for the New Orleans Saints (2013-15). McGriff was also a co-defensive coordinator at Ole Miss in 2012 and has experience coaching defensive backs at Vanderbilt (2011), Miami (2007-10) and Baylor (2003-06). He has been coaching across college and the pros since 1990 and is known as a strong recruiter.
It was previously reported that the Gators were looking to bring back former defensive backs coach Travaris Robinson, potentially as a co-defensive coordinator alongside Todd Grantham. Robinson, who was recently defensive coordinator at South Carolina and had been coaching under mentor Will Muschamp since joining UF in 2011, appears to no longer be a candidate for a position on staff.
However, another familiar name may be on his way back to Florida as Football Scoop lists Alabama analyst Charlie Strong among candidates to take the final open spot on staff. Former Texas defensive coordinator Chris Ash and Pittsburgh safeties coach Cory Sanders are also believed to be up for the job. 247Sports reports that Ash is believed to be the top candidate for the remaining position.
Probably for both.So is the #welcomehome just used for recruits are also coaches?

Google says he jumped to the XFL last year.Wonder what G.A. Mangus is up to? Seems his name was originally mentioned at the start of this transition.
I think I saw him last night takin’ a leak outside a bar in Greenville ...Google says he jumped to the XFL last year.
