I'm sorry but I am a little ignorant about an analyst's purpose. Is just scouting an opponent to figure out their schemes so that the OC/DC can make an informed game plan? Or is it more than that? Like do we analyze our own schemes to figure out our own tendencies, what we're good/bad at executing, and look for players who give the play away with tell-tale signs? Can anybody help the uninformed? 😂

The QC staff includes an experienced O Line guy, a formed Offensive Coordinator at three smaller schools, a guy with a nice Special Teams resume (continuing the Beamer legacy), another D Backs coach, and Shaq Wilson.

More of the same thing as with our field coaches - no flashy hires, but solid resumes and more family connections - like with Shaq. For those that think we are going cheap, getting 5 QC guys with solid resumes shows that we are spending more - Muschamp only had two total, one for Offense and one for Defense. We doubled up and added a Special Teams guy.
Really like what is happening here with the staff. Hopefully just maybe the team can get on the field and practice and have us a spring game.

And he had very little "quality control."  I like this staff and think it will turn the program around over time but it shouldn't be too long to see improvement over the previous staff.

Oh he had plenty of control, just his coaching style had little quality.
