And Odom has four fewer NCAA wins - the NIT titles just mean that we were the 69th best team in the NCAA.
Wanna guess how many winning seasons Odom had in the SEC? I will give you a hint - it is the same number that I have. Martin has had four - despite inheriting a much worse team than Odom got from Fogler. And Frank had to deal with a stronger SEC.
I realize that you caveated by using the word "modern", but the best talent we ever had was John Roche, Tom Riker, Kevin Joyce and Tom Owens in 1970-1971. But if you are looking at pro success, try 1972-1973 - Brian WInters, Kevin Joyce, Alex English and Mike Dunleavey. three pros from the Final Four are not stars - Sin averaged 8 points in 2019-2020, but outside of that, no one has averaged as much as 4 points per game in any other season. While they have had a hard time sticking on rosters.
I will concede that Spurrier won with solid talent - but we were beating teams with even more talent. Spurrier had one Top Ten class (#7) but average class ranking was about the same as Muschamp - whose average class rank was #21. But Spurrier did a hell of a lot more with his talent.
