My little feelings are fine, thank you for asking? It's not about wrong or right in opinions, you have one, I have one, Spurticus has one, the experts have one, the students have one and nothing makes them wrong or right... some are better maybe, more informed, some opinions turn out prophetic... You can't state it is a fact with an opinion concerning many variables...I disagree with the way you rooster your negative opinion about the Head Coach, offensive coach, coaches and use stats/facts in the middle of the season to express that at the detriment of the team even if I agree in some way sometimes... the timing and detriment to the team part I strongly disagree with! At the end of the season I might, might not agree with your opinions...
I saw a line of posts with I was wrong today... it's not about right or wrong, it's about seeing the positive and not getting stuck in the oh no here we go again when shit goes bad because it will!

The opinions were not wrong, the knee jerk reactions were wrong, the taking my ball and going home was wrong, stabbing your coach in the back in the middle of the season was wrong in my opinion! Hope you enjoyed the win, hope we can string 6 or 7 more together, hope we get some luck and continue to build a foundation built on this culture... GO GAMECOCKS!!

I have been a season ticket holder for 5 years now. I think that was the loudest crowd ever. Even louder than UT in 22. And boy did we need that win after LSU and Bama.
2 of their false starts were because of the noise.
I know I'm late to this discussion and previously thought this season was going to be a disaster.
For now, I cannot see any situation where we can upgrade our HC over what we currently have.
- But here we are at 5-3 with our 3 losses to ranked teams.
- We currently have the 2nd hardest schedule in the nation.
- In back-back weekends, we have embarrassed 2 SEC teams, one which was ranked.
- We are not the same team that started the season.
- Sellers is turning into a smart & heady playmaker.
- This is coaching.
- I'm a big Clayton White fan.
- All I ever ask is that our guys play smart and hard for 4 qtrs. We are doing that.
- I'm proud of this team.
- Taters will have their hands full this year.
For now, I cannot see any situation where we can upgrade our HC over what we currently have.
This team is improving, still not a low-gains fan, need to rewatch it but I’m not basing a whole evaluation after 1 game. Oklahoma wasn’t a big win. They’re a big name, but not a good football team they may finish bottom of the SEC. This Carolina team had the potential to be 6-1 and in playoff contention, so as far as I’m concerned they have underperformed as of now. Let’s see how the season plays out.
Any road win against an SEC team is a big win.
The team is 5-3 with a good opportunity to win out the remaining 4 games. That's pretty good with a team that didn't make a bowl last year. Could we be 6-1 currently,if we were able to close out bama and LSU with a win? Sure. But big picture I don't think the "sky is falling" is accurate here. Of course, there are always things to tweak and improve.
Now if we fall down and lose to Vandy and Mizzou,, that is a different story.

People are acting like Oklahoma was Oklahoma of a few years ago, they simply are not.
This was the best game dowel low gains has ever called at Carolina, it was a huge improvement. Maybe something finally clicked, maybe someone else is calling plays behind the scenes (see the end of Satterfields tenure) well never know.

Life is short, it must suck to be happy but deep down upset that the guy you loathe put up almost 600yds of offense and over 280yds rushing on one of the better rush defenses in the country! The Head Coach you said no one could convince you was better than Chadwell had half the city chanting USC at the 50yd line and the media eating out his hand while Chadwell prepares to play Middle Tenn...
You are so entrenched in your position that you have to put out alternate realities to help you, to start a rumor that the OC isn't calling the plays because like, "I told you, I said", "I'm right" he is not good enough to call that game

I never said Oky was the same as they were a few years ago. I literally said in my post that any SEC road win is a big win.
We all know Oky has declined. But we did just trounce an SEC undefeated aTm. I guess they are not the aTM as they were a few years ago either.
I’m talking in generalities even before the A&M game people were acting like it was a top 10 win.
We're all ecstatic about the way the TA&M game turned out. Saturday we'll find out if we've truly turned the corner. Our teams under many different coaches have won games like these only to lay an egg the next game usually against an inferior opponent.

The Culture is the next game is always a must WIN, every WIN becomes more important than the next no matter who the opponent is, no matter the noise, the ranking, the experts... just WIN to get to the next game, no matter how you WIN, just WIN! Don't dwell on winning pretty or winning ugly, enjoy the WIN because the next game is just as important! GO GAMECOCKS!! This team is none of those teams, this coach is not any of those coaches and stop thinking folks are inferior! Vandy is a team that beat Bama in Vandy, a win in Vandy is a big win!! It will be an SEC and top 25 road win, we better be ready to play!
If Carolina can string together some wins against teams that have a pulse, I’ll be less pessimistic. So far as far as I can see A&M is the only team with a winning conference record. There’s certainly a path to winning out, but I’m just waiting for the other show to drop.

How long does it take to break in a FR QB?
How many teams would have started LaNorris at the start of the season?
How many of our offensive backfield players would play for other SEC teams?
Do we even have any WR/TE playmakers like Deebo, Pharoh Cooper, Bryan Edwards, Legette, Hayden Hurst?

I have decided to stop visiting these chat rooms. They are all way too negative for me. I have been a Gamecock football fan since the 1960s. Frankly, I like what I see from this current team. They have played hard and are improving every week. Win or lose going forward, my plan is to relax and hope they continue to play well.
